Trust You Can Verify in Use

iBrothers Group holds four ventures that each sell a check rather than a claim. The parent owns the thesis, the legal spine and the shared services; the ventures win their own markets.

Who we are

Discover iBrothers Group

We sell nothing. We hold the ventures that do.

iBrothers Group is a holding company. It sells nothing to customers and makes no claims of its own. The four ventures look unrelated and share one trait: each sells a check, not a claim. That trait is the family name.

What the group holds

  • The thesis Why these ventures belong in one family.
  • The legal spine Ownership, and the legal structure each venture stands on.
  • Shared services Whatever is cheaper built once than four times.
  • Where to go next The call on where money and attention go.

House rule A parent earns its place by making each venture cheaper to run and safer to trust than it would be alone - and the moment it costs a venture more than it gives, the parent is the problem.

A desk laid out with an audit report bearing a certification seal, a lapel microphone and name badge, stacked notebooks, a property listing beside a calculator, and a hand ticking the first box on a checklist.

Each venture sells a check, not a claim

A parent can move trust, money and data between
its brands. These are the ways we will not.

What the Parent Refuses to Do.

No Cross-Vouching

Refusal 01

iDharma's audit credibility is never lent to iSloka's deal scores. Each check stands on its own, or the family trait becomes a family trick.

No Shared Customer Data

Refusal 02

Customer data never crosses between ventures without explicit consent. A breach in one brand would detonate the thesis in all four.

No Hidden Cross-Subsidy

Refusal 03

A venture that has hit its stop trigger is not quietly propped up. A hidden subsidy hides the truth from us before it hides it from anyone else.

No Imposed Product

Refusal 04

The parent does not set a venture's features, pricing or customers. It does not know their customer, and imposing is how a parent becomes the bottleneck.

No Undocumented Sharing

Refusal 05

Money, IP and credentials that move between entities are written down. Informal sharing is debt that surfaces at the worst possible moment.

No Hidden Ownership

Refusal 06

We never obscure who owns what. A trust brand that hides its parent has already contradicted itself; the footer says iBrothers Group for a reason.

No Prefix Without a Check

Refusal 07

A venture joins the family because it sells a check, not because it shares our founders. A wrong “i” costs the other four more than the new one gains.
