We collect what it takes to answer you and to send the newsletter you asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and it never passes between our ventures without your say.

Who we are
This site belongs to iBrothers Group, the holding company behind iDharma, iGurus, iShruti and iSloka. We are based at 6101 North Keystone, Ste. 100 #1137, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
This policy covers ibrothers.us only. Each venture runs its own site under its own privacy policy, and anything you share with a venture is governed by that venture's policy, not this one.
What we collect
Only what you give us, in these places:
- The newsletter form. Your email address, what you asked to hear about, the page and part of the site you signed up from, and, if you later opt out, the date you did (more below).
- The contact forms. Your name, your email address, your subject and message, what it is about, and the page and part of the site you sent it from (more below).
- Webinar registration. Your name and email address, and if you choose to give them, your company, your role and the question you would like covered.
- Seminar registration. The same, and anything you tell us to make the session accessible to you (more below).
- A register account, if you open one on the AI startup or AI agent register (startups, agents).
We do not attach your IP address, browser or device details to either. We do not need them to answer you, and information we never hold cannot be mishandled.
Like almost every web server, ours keeps technical access logs (IP address, time and page requested) to keep the site secure and working. They are not used to identify or follow anyone.
What we use it for
To reply to your message, and to send the newsletter you asked for. That is all.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or build a profile of you. There are no analytics or tracking tools on this site.
Webinars
If you register for a webinar, we use your details for that webinar and nothing else: to send the joining link before it starts, the recording and the slides afterwards, and to take the question you asked on the form first.
- The session may be recorded. The recording covers the speakers and the slides. If you ask a question aloud, your voice may be in it; a question typed in the chat is read out without your name.
- It stays with us. Registering does not add you to the newsletter or to any venture's list. If a venture is presenting, it does not receive the attendee list.
- Leaving is simple. Reply to any email about the webinar and we remove you.
Seminars
If you register for a seminar, we keep your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company, your role, the question you would like covered and anything we should know to make the session accessible to you. We use them for that seminar only: to hold your seat, to send the joining details, and to take your question first.
- A waiting list, when it is full. If there is no seat left we keep your place in the queue, and may offer you a seat if one comes free. An offer not taken up in time lapses.
- Accessibility needs are used for the session and nothing else. They are seen only by the people running it.
- It stays with us. Registering does not add you to the newsletter or to any venture's list, and no speaker or venture receives the list of who registered.
- Leaving is simple. Reply to any email about the seminar and we remove you. Ask and we delete your registration entirely.
The AI startup register
The register at /startups is free to read and free to list on, and we take no money from anyone for a place on it. A profile itself is public information about a company, published so it can be checked. The only personal details we hold are these.
- If you submit a startup, we keep the address you submitted from so we can confirm it is you, tell you what we decided, and ask once a year whether the profile is still current. We keep it while the profile is listed and for twelve months after; a submission we declined is deleted after ninety days.
- If you report a profile, the address is optional. Leave one and we tell you what came of your report; leave it out and we still read the report. Either way we keep it for twelve months and then delete it.
- Founders named on a profile are named in their professional capacity, with the role and the public link they or the company published. We ask for no photograph and store none. Ask us at info@ibrothers.us and we will correct or remove what a profile says about you.
- If you create an account, as a startup or a buyer, we ask for your name, company, its website and country, your email and a password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash: we cannot read it, and nobody here ever asks for it. We email a link to confirm the address, which works for 24 hours and signs you in the first time; nobody signs in until the address is confirmed, and an account nobody confirms is deleted after 7 days. We keep the rest until you delete the account, which you can do at any time from your account page; deleting it deletes everything in it at once.
- Nothing you write is visible until a person at iBrothers has reviewed it. A startup profile is read against the ten checks, a buyer profile is read too, and an edit to a live profile waits for a reviewer while the live version stays as it is. We keep a history of each review - who decided what, when, and the note they gave - for as long as the profile exists; the evidence behind a check is kept for our reviewers only. Something we did not approve stays visible to you, with our reason, and to nobody else.
- A buyer profile is never public. A startup sees your organisation, what you are looking for and your name only when you contact that startup. Your email is never shown on it.
- If you contact a startup, we email your message to that startup once, with your address as the reply-to, and we are not copied into anything that follows. We keep a record that it was sent and whether it was answered. The message itself is deleted 30 days after the startup answers it, or 90 days after it was sent if it never does, and the record without the message is deleted after twelve months. Our staff see the record, never the message. Only the startup you wrote to receives your details.
- It stays with us. Nothing collected here reaches any of the group's ventures, and neither listing nor an account adds anyone to the newsletter.
The AI agent register
The register at /agents is free to read and free to list on, and we take no money from anyone for a place on it. We do not host or run any agent listed there. The personal details we hold are these.
- If you register as a buyer or a seller, we ask for your name, email, organisation, its website and country, and keep them for as long as the account exists. There is no password to keep: we email a link that verifies your address and signs you in, which works for 24 hours, and every sign-in after it is another emailed link. A registration nobody verifies is deleted after 7 days. If you registered from a personal mailbox, a work address you add is kept with the account and is where sellers' replies go.
- Nothing you write is visible until a person at iBrothers has reviewed it. A vendor profile, buyer profile, listing or request is read by a reviewer first, and so is an edit to one already approved; until they approve it, the approved version is what anyone else sees. We keep a history of each review - who decided what, when, and the note they gave - for as long as the thing it is about exists. Something we did not approve stays visible to you, with our reason, and to nobody else.
- You can delete your account yourself, from your account page. It happens at once: your details, shortlist and the enquiries you sent go with it, and if you were the last person in your organisation, so do its profiles and requests, and its listings come off the register.
- A buyer profile is never public. A seller sees it only when you contact them, or when you mark their answer to your request Interested. A request on the public board shows your organisation as its sector, size and country only.
- If you contact a seller, we forward your message once, with your address to reply to, and are not copied on anything after. We keep the message 30 days after the seller marks it answered, or 90 days after it was sent if they never do, then delete it; a stub without the message is kept 12 months to stop abuse. A seller's answers to a request are deleted 30 days after the request closes.
- If you apply to list an agent, we keep your name and the address you applied from so we can confirm it is you, tell you what we decided, and ask every six months whether the profile is still accurate. We keep them while the profile is listed and for twelve months after; an application we declined is deleted after ninety days.
- If you report an agent, the address is optional and is never passed to the vendor. We keep a report for twelve months and then delete it. A security report is shared with the vendor without your address, and nothing about it is published while it is being resolved.
- Our test installs use throwaway accounts we own, holding only dummy data. We never install an agent on a customer's account or one of the group's ventures', so no customer data reaches a listed agent through us. The record of each install is kept internally as evidence.
- It stays with us. Nothing collected here reaches the group's ventures, is sold, or is shown to a seller you did not contact.
Deal rooms, on both registers
When a seller accepts an introduction, the buyer and the seller share a deal room: a list of stages each of them ticks. It tracks; it does not transact. We never store an amount, a proposal or a contract, and we are not copied on your emails.
- What is kept: what each side ticked and when, the reasons given for declining or stalling (one line each, screened so they carry no amounts), and which template versions were downloaded.
- How long: the ticks and dates for 24 months after the room closes, then only its outcome; the template download log for 12 months. Deleting your account deletes your rooms.
- A verified outcome appears on a seller's profile only when both sides confirm it, names the buyer only if the buyer chooses, and comes off as soon as either side withdraws it.
- Our team sees a room's states and dates, never its contents - and cannot see a room at all where a party has disclosed a relationship with the group.
It does not pass between our ventures
Writing to iBrothers Group does not sign you up to iDharma, iGurus, iShruti or iSloka, and none of them receive your details from us. Customer information stays with the company you gave it to.
If your message is really a question for one of the ventures, we will tell you who to contact, or ask your permission before passing it on. We will not forward it without asking.
Who processes it for us
Your newsletter and contact details are read only by the people who run this site. We do not share them with anyone else. Two companies handle data for us to keep the site running, and only for that:
- Hostinger: hosts this site, its database and our mail server (mail.ibrothers.us), so your messages and newsletter address are stored and sent through their data centre. Region: the data centre our hosting plan runs in.
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts every page uses. Your browser fetches them directly, so Google sees your IP address; it sets no cookies. Region: Google's global network, including the United States.
See our Cookie Policy for the two cookies we set.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: 12 months after they are answered or closed, then deleted automatically. A message nobody has dealt with is deleted 12 months after it arrived.
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe, then 30 days after you opt out, when it is deleted automatically.
- Webinar registrations: until 90 days after the webinar, so we can send the recording and answer questions about it, then deleted automatically.
- Server access logs: 90 days.
If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will.
Your choices
- Stop the newsletter at any time, with the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or tell us and we will switch it off.
- See what we hold about you. Ask and we will tell you.
- Correct or delete it. Ask and we will do it, and confirm when it is done.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or California
Our lawful basis for the newsletter is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For answering your message, and for server access logs, it is our legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping the site secure.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. California residents also have the right to know what we collect and not to be treated differently for using these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as California law defines it. Write to legal@ibrothers.us to use any of them.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office), or in California to the Attorney General.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Keeping it safe
Your details sit on our hosted server, behind an administrator sign-in that only the people who run this site hold. Administrator passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves with it.
Version 1.2, 19 September 2026:
Set retention periods, named the companies that process data for us, and added rights for the EEA, UK and California and a line on children.
Questions, or a request about your information?
Write to us and a person will answer.
