What is ours
Unless a page says otherwise, the writing, images, layout and graphics on ibrothers.us belong to iBrothers Group and are protected by copyright. That includes our blog posts.
Names and marks
iBrothers Group, iBrothers and the B. mark, together with the names and logos of iDharma, iShruti, iGurus, iSloka, identify the businesses in our group. They belong to iBrothers Group or to the venture concerned.
Please do not use them in a way that suggests we or one of our ventures made, approved or stand behind something we did not. Nothing on this site gives anyone a licence to use them.
What you are welcome to do
- Link to any page on this site.
- Share our pages, for example on social media.
- Quote short passages, with credit to iBrothers Group and a link back to where they came from.
- Use our name in plain text to refer to us, as in "a company in the iBrothers group".
What to ask us about first
- Copying whole posts or pages, or large parts of them.
- Using our logos or marks, including in press or partner material.
- Reusing our images or graphics.
- Translating or adapting our writing.
- Copying the site's design or presenting a site as ours.
Write to legal@ibrothers.us, say what you would like to use and where, and we will answer.
Work made by others
Some parts of this site are made by other people and used under their own licences, such as the theme it is built on, its fonts, its icons and some of its scripts. Those licences, not this policy, set what you may do with them.
Our ventures' sites are their own. Their content and marks are covered by their own terms, and nothing here changes those.
What you send us
A message or email address you send us stays yours. We use it only to answer you or to send the newsletter you asked for, as our Privacy Policy explains, and we never publish it. Nothing on this site is posted by visitors.
If you think something here is yours
If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, write to legal@ibrothers.us and include:
- what the work is, or a link to the original;
- the address of the page on our site where it appears;
- your name and how to reach you;
- that you own the work, or are authorised to act for whoever does, and believe in good faith that our use is not permitted.
A person will look at every notice. If we agree the use is not permitted, we will take the material down or credit it properly, and tell you what we did. If we do not agree, we will tell you why.
If we got it wrong
If we removed or changed something of yours and you think that was a mistake, write to us with the same details and we will look at it again.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves with it.
